Differential pressure measurements-Clean Rooms
For rooms of different cleanroom classes, a pressure difference of 5 to 20 Pa must be ensured between the cleaner and the less clean room. The minimum overpressure ensures that no air flows into the cleanroom when the doors are open.
In accordance with DIN EN ISO 14644-3, the pressure difference between the cleanroom and the access points must be monitored.
The pressure difference at the filters must also be monitored. We can take very precise measurements on site of the pressure difference between the rooms and at the filters.
